Insurance and Payments

We accept most insurance plans. Your insurance company will be billed for services that are only considered “medically necessary” as set forth by industry guidelines. Medical necessity is determined at the time of your consultation. We will obtain pre-certification and pre-determination as required by the health plan on your behalf. We accept insurance payment based on our individual contractual arrangements with the insurance companies. You will be responsible for any co-payments, deductibles and out-of-pocket expenses. You will also be responsible for any services not reimbursed by your insurance company. Treatments that are considered cosmetic will not be submitted to the insurance company. All procedures are done in sessions. Each therapy session or procedure is independent of each other and are charged separately. We also accept medicare, credit cards.
